Consumer states company is not cooperating with his request for a full refund. He alleges breach of contract. Company offered a refund of $5600.00. Consumer is seeking a full refund of $7000.00. His bank, Bank of America shows no proof that a refund has been issued to his account. Consumer's orders were placed online on 07/09 and please reference #652821 & #652822.
