The insurance company paid me money to have roof fixed and interior work dine this guy John Dellinger did everything except put a window in. He has been paid all the money given to me from insurance but he refuses to complete the last task. I've offered to have someone else put in the window if he drops it off with the receipt but he refuses. Resolution Sought Either give me the window or reimburse for the window.

The owner paid so I'd like to withdrawal my complaint but I do want to just want to let others know about my bad experience Because he wouldn't comply with completing the job after I paid him. After letting him know I was going to report him he decided to pay me for the window that he was paid for and didn't do the job
