I moved to a new residence October of 2023. I've contacted Delmarva power every month because they are not charging me for the gas that I'm actually using. A technician was sent to my home in February of 2024 per my request and "replaced" something on my gas meter that's conveniently located in the from of my residence. It was said my gas consumption would be read remotely now. I received my new bill March 2024 and it's still stating my gas consumption is being "estimated". I've been through this problem with Delmarva in the past at a different residence and it ultimately ended with them sending me a ridiculous high bill with a short period of time to pay it because my gas was being estimated for nearly a year. I was told it's my responsibility to make sure my bill states it's an "actual" reading. Oh that I am on top of it now, Why I keep getting excuses with no action. I'm only asking to be billed for what I'm actually using so u won't go through that same situation again with being hassled to pay an high bill because my consumption is being under estimated. Resolution Sought Fix the issue ASAP.
