am filing a complaint against Delta Air Lines regarding a refund that has been owed to me for approximately four months. The issue stems from a flight departing from Alaska for which I became eligible for a refund. Despite repeated attempts to resolve this matter directly with Delta Air Lines, I have not received the refund owed to me. Over the past four months, I have contacted customer service numerous times. Each time, I am routed to an overseas call center where my calls are either disconnected or ended before any resolution is provided. This has prevented me from making any meaningful progress toward resolving the issue. I have made multiple good-faith efforts to work directly with the company, but the lack of follow-through and inability to maintain a call connection has made resolution impossible. This situation has caused ongoing inconvenience and frustration, as well as the continued withholding of funds that are rightfully owed to me. I am requesting that Delta Air Lines immediately process and issue the full refund owed. Additionally, I request that the company address the repeated l call disconnections that have prevented proper customer service. I am prepared to escalate this matter further if necessary Resolution Sought My desired outcome would be to get back the $393.67 owed to me in

Consumer states they purchased two tickets on 05/29/2025 each ticket was $588.91. The flight was for 09/17/2025 and it was supposed to return on 09/30/2025, from Honolulu to Tokyo. Customer canceled the tickets because the cruise line canceled her out therefore did not need the tickets. She went to Delta and was on the phone with live person Delta, and on Chat. Both representatives on the phone and chat were communicating and it was determined that she would be refunded as a courtesy. A refund will be issued and was given a refund request number #TRR137473967. The refund was supposed to be processed within 7 days and take up to two billing cycles however as of to date she has not received it. Customer has a copy of that chat conversation. Customer has attempted to contact your company however cannot get a hold of anyone. Consumer wants your company to issue a refund for both tickets $1,177.82. Ticket #0062335102715 & #0062335102716 Resolution Sought Consumer wants your company to issue a refund for both tickets $1,177.82.
