Bought a tub from Delta Faucet Company and it cracked. The tub is level yet they say from pictures they can tell it's not level. Which it is. Tub should be replaced by company per warranty. Delta Case #: 14909951 Resolution Sought Tub should be replaced.

Dear Justin, Thank you for contacting the Business Consumer Alliance regarding your Delta Faucet product. We are deeply sorry to hear of your less than satisfactory experience. After reviewing the photos you provided, we determined that your tub is not level. This is apparent in many photos as the bubble is off-center on the spirit level. Unfortunately, the crack in your tub does not qualify for replacement under the Delta Faucet Limited Lifetime Warranty, as it was not installed correctly.
