I hired the company for book marketing services under a contract that included a written guarantee of a 300% ROI ($36,000) within six months. The company failed to deliver the promised services and failed to meet the guaranteed ROI. For more than a year, I attempted to obtain updates, deliverables, or a refund. The company has been unresponsive and has not honored the contract. I issued a formal refund demand on January 1, 2026, with a deadline of January 15, 2026. They have not complied. Resolution Sought A full refund of $36,000, as guaranteed in the contract.
