Deluxe Inn and Mini Storage reviews

Not only was the entire family rude and disrespectful but the son of the owners went on to curse me out on the night of December 2, 2021. He came to my door yelling about the rest of the payment for the day and I was at the door just out of the shower. I asked him to let me get dressed and he yelled and said when are you going to come pay. Then while we were walking to the office he was yelling at me about how I owe $86 and I told him no I only owe $16. He yelled at me and went and brought his father out who also proceeded to yell at me. They both kept telling me I owed $86. I told the son to ask his wife who had taken my payment earlier in the day. He then went in and woke her up to ask her and she confirmed what I was saying. He came back out and still had a very nasty attitude towards me and I asked so did she confirm and he said yes she forgot to put it in the computer. They do not keep each other informed on what is going on. They don't write things where they are to be written and the customers get the backlash. It is not a good feeling to be yelled at and cursed out at a place where you are just trying to get some peace!
