I called Deluxe Plumbing to fix both valves on my bathroom faucet and replace the old faucet with a new one I had purchased from Lowe's. They didn't give me a price until they came out. The price they gave me to replace the gaskets and remove the old faucet and replace it with the new one totaled $663.00. Which included the $89.00 stop charge. I felt like the price was outrageous! Had I known the price in advance, I would have never had them out! I felt as though this was a trap! Resolution Sought To try and get part of my $89.00 back. Unfair business practice. Why couldn't they give me a ballpark price over the phone?

Thank you for bringing this to our attention. We do not want to have any disgruntled customers. With that in mind we can refund him the 89$ to cover the dispatch fee. Please let me know that this is sufficient for him.
