Sold a vehicle that had bad parts, and gave the run around regarding doc of what was fixed and when by Dena service department and when Chevy told them they can fix it Dena Motors refused stating they can fix the job better after buy multiple attempts to get the repairs completed such as suspension issues and engine issues problems continue to arrive with no resolution. Documents available upon request. Resolution Sought Refund of all repair charges and finance charges.

I purchased a 2016 S 55O on September 7th 2023. The car was delivered to my business on September 10th and it was not drivable.. The air suspension is malfunctioning and the air suspension bushing are bad and the blind side assistance light in on .. And when I contacted the dealership they would not answer my calls .. So I kept calling after 4 days and spoke to a lady name Daysha who said she will let the sales manager Name Chris know . So long story short I'm stuck with a car that I have to come out of my pocket to repair.. Resolution Sought Buy back the car, so I can get out of this contract and buy me a car from a reputable dealer ship.
