This is an unorganized and poorly managed company. Whom hikes up prices and provides, unsuitable and undrivable cars. I believe that they are using Dillinger Auto Sales to improperly have car inspections passed and not making the customer aware of actual issue when buying the vehicle. The mechanic that they have "working" on the cars, is not licensed and isn't properly fixing the car. He was to have fixed, my turning module, and replace the tire and they fell off while driving and the manager refused to inspect or pay me back for the damages caused by his mechanic. They also, hiked up down payment amounts and the car isn't even worth the amount to place a down payment after the car was reviewed Resolution Sought I would like the money returned immediately

Company states; Please be advised that Ms. Correthers came to Dennis Auto Sales to purchase a vehicle 2-11-23. She test drove it a few days and we constantly had to call and check on vehicle. She informed us she was having vehicle checked by professional mechanics. Upon her satisfaction, she agree to purchase vehicle and we had to continue to call to get down deposit. The purchase price was 12,500 with 2500 down, we would do in house financing. Finally, her father wired 1600 dollars 2-25-23. She said it needed tire rods and oil change, which we done. We also change front shocks, which were additional 819. Out of pocket because she didn't like air ride. Payments were due first of each month and April was the only payment we received on time. No payment was sent for July, November and December and finally, we decided to repo this vehicle. It was repossessed 1-4-24 and had been in accident, which upon calling insurance co, realize she had no insurance. Thanks and if you require receipts, please don't hesitate to ask. Thank you.
