I purchaed a 2005 Pontiac G6. in Feb 2021 $4650.00 I have had numerous issue with this vehicle, from the time I purchased it, from shocks, struts, steering column, many oil leaks, fuel sensors, axle shaft seals, and now the transmission needs replaced. I`m still having fuel pressure issues . the owner refused to assist with any of these repairs. I feel this car lot should d complete more in depth inspections prior to selling. prior to my purchase, I told owner " I have not heard anything bad nor anything good about this company, so please do not treat me badly" I have spent more money on repairs than I paid for the car Resolution Sought I would like a partial refund for repairs I have made at least $2500.00 I can supply receipts

Company states; We sincerely apologize for your dissatisfaction of the vehicle purchase you made on February 2021 from Dennis Cycle and Auto. We purchased the business January 2022 and unfortunately, you purchased this vehicle from the previous owner. We researched the previous customer database and were unable to locate anything. As the new owner of Dennis Cycle and Auto, we strive to provide our customers with quality vehicles and we send our vehicle through an inspection. We encourage or customers to take the vehicle they are interested in purchasing to a mechanic of their choice. Please keep in mind all our vehicles are sold "AS IS". I received a call on june 8th from dennis cycle, I was unable to answer the call, there was no message left, on june 14 I drove to car lot and met with Brandon, the new owner, he states he purchased the business from Brian in jan and all my paperwork is missing, unsure if Brandon and Brian are related or not. since there is nothing the new owners can do, I would suggest they change the business name. I`m sure I`m not the only customer dennis cycle has deceived HOW CAN I PROMOTE SOMEONES BUSINESS WHEN THEY HAVE DECEIVED ME ????

You met Bryan on June 14, 2022 he is the new owner not Brandon. They are not related. We appreciate your suggestion on changing the business name however that is highly unlikely. I believe you and Bryan had a nice conversation regarding this matter and shook hands and parted ways.
