Very poor experience!!

I ordered from them online. I received the products but they were not the right ones so I sent them back. Meanwhile, while waiting for them I didn't really see anything or a call back so I decided to call them. Where I spoke with a representative that turned around got aggravated with me and turn and said buy a better phone and hung up on me. Then I speak with the next manager which they decided to discriminate me multiple times because I'm trans. So after waiting for this person to get done screaming and voicing their thoughts. I then ask for upper management to call me back. We're upper management calls me and tells me mind you also violates HIPAA law violation which i will be. Finally next. Tells me that the employee is a paralegic. Will you try to work out a resolution that did not come through. Then I get ignored for a whole week after I ask for a call back by Friday. So when I call them on Friday I get called sir again by the same person that is supposed to handle the situation. So meanwhile this whole time they've been keeping my products ignoring me. I've already filed in with PayPal with a dispute to get my money back. This is absolutely by far ridiculous. Then I called in today and I get forced to talk to somebody that is going to continuously discriminate me or I do not get to speak to them at all. That's fine not a problem. I'll just file in with IDHR which is Illinois department of human Rights, a public accommodations complaint. There's nothing I want from this.
