This business charged me $3250.00 out of pocket for upper and lower dentures. I was told my insurance would not cover it. I later found out they billed my insurance and insurance reimbursement was $1989.00. I have had problem with shotty dentures since day one. They have caused sores and won't stay in my mouth. Now the bottom ones are broke. They sold me immediate dentures and told me they would be permanent dentures. I got second opinion and they said a bone should have been removed prior to being for for dentures. I was referred to specialist. The office agreed to pay back my cash money but told me I have to sign a release of liability first. Also return shotty dentures. They said they would make this right with insurance company but I have yet to see any proof from them. Resolution Sought Refund my money. Pay for time spent for last year. Pay for upcoming dental appointments and procedures, as well as new permanent custom fit set of dentures, which is what they said I would get.
