The first appointment at dental dreams on January 16,2024 was terrible the doctor was very rough with her technique. Yanking and pulling so hard while working in my mouth I had asked her to ease up a bit while I was getting a cleaning . The second appointment was no better I requested to be seated in another room because there was BLOOD on the air / water handheld there was also dried blood all over the desk it was disgusting I don't know how they could've missed it . The manager seems like she's way over her head and drowning she doesn't seem to be informed on what's going on really . One of the new assistants took an FMX on my child and I heard the manger tell her that she wasn't supposed to take all the extra x rays on my child . She also didn't seem to know what she was doing which was causing major discomfort to my child .
