Declined payments trying to purchase with a First Bank VISA debit card. I seek refund from August 16, 2021, as I did not leave with intended purchase. I did not have cash or other payment; cashier set thee shoes aside, I changed my mind, however, the amount did forward on merchant to my account for amount of $76.22. I called the store, no resolution, I left contact information, following day I asked in person to speak with store manager Travis waited close to 1 hr to discuss possible fraud/scam and to show proof of available fund. He phoned me later explained he would email/phone east coast banking Chase Bank Trak to verify the declined transactions to register #2, card reader. He said he assumed next day the amount would fall off however as of today, 8/23rd the amount shows to my checking account with First Bank. My bank has entered a dispute however, I am asking the merchant to immediately correct the transaction at that Denver Premium Outlet Store, register (#2) and refund me the amount of $76.22. I am dissatisfied as a consumer with this negligent attempt to scam the purchaser. I DID NOT TAKE THE SHOES Resolution Sought I would like the amount $76.22 credit please to my VISA
