Hello, Denver water/ Mid City Corporation, replaced my waterline in my home. I was told they would have to cut a hole in my closet to reach the pipe. OK. So after they took out a part of my driveway and closet to replaced the shutoff valve in my house, here's the problem. The shutoff valve was leaking and my kitchen and bathroom faucets were clogged. So they came back out to fix it. In doing so, the pipe that he cut for the shutoff valve was compromised so much that it started leaking from the upper joint. When he cut the pipe to replace the valve in my home, my floor flooded because the main shutoff valve from outside was faulty. My concerns! The pipe is still leaking in my home. They said that they would fix it. Closet floor damaged. They said it would be fixed. Damaged floor tile from flooding twice, due to a faulty outside main shutoff valve. They said that it would be fixed. Hole in the back of gas pipes in the driveway from replaced cement. In the contract, it says the owner is responsible for damages to get to the pipe. The damages that I am claiming are not due to reaching the pipe. Neither, Denver Water nor Mid City Corporation will take responsibility. They are pointing the finger at each other. They will no longer answer my calls. Can you please tell me how to file a claim or a lawsuit to get this problem taken care of? Thank you! I shouldn't have let them in my home to do a water line replacement. Resolution Sought Please fix the damages that you caused. This is not the fault of the owner. Don't just blow me off. Thank You!
