Had ceramic tile installed 4 months ago and grout did not hold. They have come back twice to repair and have not fixed the problem. I called and ask them to send a supervisor to inspect their work and they have not responded. Grout still coming up. Resolution Sought Would like for the business owner or a supervisor come and see their work and correct the problem once and for all.
