Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) Explained The Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) is an indicator on how responsive a company is in addressing and resolving customer complaints brought to their attention by BCA. If they are considering doing business with the company, consumers can use this indicator to forecast the likelihood of having their issues addressed if a problem arises. CRI measures the company's customer satisfaction abilities through BCA’s complaint mediation process.

DepositPal has been calling people I know, telling them I have not paid my rent and pushing them to give them my number because they have my account as delinquent. I am not delinquent and made a payment on July 16th. This is negligent and harassment. Resolution Sought I am requesting a cease and desist regarding this harassment. All calls to third parties need to stop immediately. They can actually consider my account paid and closed due to their ignorance and because of the embarrassment they have caused.
