Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) Explained The Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) is an indicator on how responsive a company is in addressing and resolving customer complaints brought to their attention by BCA. If they are considering doing business with the company, consumers can use this indicator to forecast the likelihood of having their issues addressed if a problem arises. CRI measures the company's customer satisfaction abilities through BCA’s complaint mediation process.

Bought flooring that was "tough as nails" and had it installed by their preferred installer with a 25 year guarantee. In a few months corners of the flooring started separating. When we went back to ask about this all we got was a silly look from the manager with the comment "I don't understand want do you want me to do" we will give you some flooring to replace the problem and try to find the installer that they recommend if possible because they are just a seller and not responsible for outcome because it could be installion problem but not theirs Resolution Sought Replace the flooring that is still under "warranty " and do what was promised when the flooring was sold with the quote that they would take care of any problem that arose
