I purchased a building in Colby Kansas from a dealer for a. Dersken portable shed less than a year ago. I have had problems with the door seal that is on the third seal right now and it still leaks rain onto the flooring inside the building and now I've got a problem with the roof coming off in the Wind they claim it was an act of God but there was no storm I checked the roof out and it only has screws on the bottom which are not the right screws for metal and it has shingle Nails on the top on the metal which were not supposed to be used in construction of a metal roof they will not warranty the roof on this building and the rest of the roof will be blowing off due to poor Construction they will not warranty this building even though they have a 5-year warranty on construction Manufacturing. I want them to pay the repair cost on the roof I have had a person from a roofing company come and look at it he has yet to give me a quote or if they won't pay for the repairs on the roof then I would like to get my money back for the building give me my money back for the building and take it. Where I have it setting in my yard the wind will be blowing all winter long and I know the rest of the metal will be flying off the roof I don't want to put up with this. New building is less than a year old when the metal started coming off the roof I can't always worry about pieces flying off and maybe hitting a window or a vehicle or somebody on the ground very poor Construction. Resolution Sought Give me the money to fix the roof when I get a quote I will not have the person that came to fix the door seal back again or pay me my money back for the building and take it off my property
