I placed an order weeks ago. The business sent no order confirmation. They do not answer the phone. You only have the option to send them a message. If they respond you can't understand anything being said as nothing makes sense. They have no tracking information and tell me that I have to fill out a non existent piece of paper and mail back to them but give me no information on either. Resolution Sought Full refund. Nothing else is acceptable. Point blank period.
