Company came to repair bathroom leak and did not asses issue properly nor use proper products to prevent future leaks from occurring through bathroom tile. Stated they resealed and repaired any cracks noted in the shower to prevent future leaks however, once new carpet and paint was installed and complete, two weeks later carpet and tile were soiled and drywall was damaged again. Contractor was contacted and stated he would repair the damage. Came back a day later to break through drywall and set up fan. Stated he would return to complete the job only to say he does not "do tile work" however with the initial estimate given, he wanted to break down the entire shower and bathroom for a "new bathroom". He was paid $7,000 including $1000 deposit and as of 12/2023, my bathroom still has broken drywall and can not be used. The initial leak happened in June 2023. Resolution Sought My bathroom still has broken drywall and can not be used. The initial leak happened in June 2023. Let future clients know he is unreliable and not to be trusted.

Thank you for your email. In regards to Ms Ruiz complaint, she is correct, we don't do tile work, we did grout cracked lines and sealed entire shower, but I recommended Lisa to call the contractor who did her bathroom remodel. My guess is he is an unlicensed contractor and wants us to fix his work. In addition, out of the approved amount of 11,364.89 from insurance We only received 6000.00 of 6,200 for carpet Only 500 out of her deductible (owner is responsible for deductible, not contractor) We received no money regarding any reconstruction, which included drywall, paint and baseboards and cleanup. We can't work for free unfortunately. I will be more than happy to finish the work once I receive my money. If I may also add, we hauled out trash from her garage and painted her son's room in good faith at no charge.
