Bad day to come to registration
My wife and I arrived at registration at approximately 9 AM for lab work and we were told by the rep that he did not have our paperwork which our doctor's told us the day before they would fax it.The rep went to the lab and confirmed that the paperwork was not in. I called my doctor's office and they apologized and asked for the lab fax number. Within 5-10 minutes the paperwork arrived and the process started. While waiting for the paperwork the rep confirmed our necessary data (dob, address, etc).Then the moments became longer when the rep started to process the codes (Woe is me!) It look so unprofessional as we have done this for so long and as the time passed I actually became a little irritated as my wife has medical problems including allergic to cold air. (Familial Cold Autoinflammatory Syndrome). Toward the 45-minute mark I asked if the rep was in training and was told that the process was unfamiliar. The rep asked another rep for some assistance and after an hour sitting there( (which usually takes 15 minutes for two) we received our paperwork, BUT! MEANTIME my wife had a serious case of uncontrolled incontinence and my anxiety became panic. Yes we made it to the lab, yes we did get our blood work and YES I told the attendants to have someone sanitize the restroom. NUFF SAID. It was a bad day for me.

Horrible Communications
I am a patients medical advocate as her husband has dementia. I have not been able to get this Hospital to get a form for her to sign to give me permission to receive medical and provide information to the Hospital about her medical condition. Call after call to every part of the Hospital with no help or results, They simply have abrogated their responsibility to enable critical Patient care information. I would never recommend this facility to anyone.
