Unable to get in contact with someone at the office
It is very hard to get a hold of someone even if you go in person. The office is either closed (stating out for lunch back at 1 pm, but you go back 3hrs later and the office is still closed) or there is no answer. I have been trying to speak with someone for a week now and there is no answering machine to leave a message for a call back.
