Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) Explained The Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) is an indicator on how responsive a company is in addressing and resolving customer complaints brought to their attention by BCA. If they are considering doing business with the company, consumers can use this indicator to forecast the likelihood of having their issues addressed if a problem arises. CRI measures the company's customer satisfaction abilities through BCA’s complaint mediation process.

I paid for a e-commerce website from the company with the timeline explained and everything. They exceeded the timeline and didn't submit quality work so I asked for a refund because after the long wait I was not satisfied. I have not yet received my refund or any receipt of a refund. I haven't even received a receipt of payment from the company but I have my bank statement showing they company took the money. They said it would be back in my account in 15 business days but not answer from then and no deposit in my account .They are scamming people if I would have known I would have saved my time and money. Please Please help, it's not a lot of money but it's the time and the fact they are scamming people who are trying to establish something. God Bless, stay safe! Resolution Sought I would like to receive my refund as promised with a receipt of it
