This company collected $250 to design a website but did not honor their agreement. I never received a website from this company and have requested a refund. One of the designers claimed they were processing me a refund but it has been several weeks since the refund request and still no refund has been issued. Now the company is ignoring my messages regarding this refund. I don't think Designitic is a legitimate business, they have set up a way to process payments upfront but they do not actually provide services. Resolution Sought Process my refund of $250 immediately and stop collecting funds for services they are not providing.
