product always on time & great quality

i have been using dpi now for at least 1 year and have no issues.

Scam, don't deal with this company! Zero stars!

This company, Destination Print Inc, runs on shady business practices. There's an offer of a "promotional trial". It's not a trial. You use the toner cartridge, you pay for the cartridge and that should be that, right? No, they send you a $100 rebate. After you use the rebate, you get multiple toners mailed to you and are expected to pay for them. They won't let you return them unless the rebate was unused. This is NEVER disclosed to the customer/victim. Customer service was incredibly worthless and rude once I wanted to return the unwanted toner. I asked for a contract, they said they don't use contracts. Such shady and unprofessional business tactics.
