I paid Destiny Singleton of Destined Design Agency $600 for a website development and have received nothing from her. We communicated on Facebook messenger and she blocked me after I asked her for a refund way after the turn around time. Resolution Sought Refund my $600

There is no refund policy as my policy states on my website which also the client is fully aware of that she has also signed the contract as well. She has been informed that an email was sent out with her designs. She filed a dispute with Sezzle, this matter is now within the hands of the processor she has paid with, which is sezzle. They will decide if the client is eligible for a refund with this matter or not.

Her refund policy applies if she provides the service and the customer does not like what she produce. In this case she did not produce anything and she has been lying about sending emails. She took my money and when she did not provide anything in her turn around time, which she set, I asked her for a refund and she blocked me from messenger, where we communicated and then Facebook. I would love for her to provide the email that she stated she sent out because I did not receive any and no it was not in my spam either.

Sezzle which is the payment method she paid with is handling this matter. I will not be responding any further through this third party. If sezzle decides to approve her dispute that's fine. Within the policy as well with disputes being filed or any request of refund I as the designer has the freedom to stop services immediately. We will await Sezzle's approval upon this matter.
