Destroyer automotive replaced my transmission in July 2021. With the used transmission they offered a 3 year (or 36000 mile) warranty. The transmission has gone bad again in 2 years (29000 miles since repair). I cannot claim warranty as the shop has now closed down/gone out of business making the warranty useless. Car is currently undrivable and will required another 4800 in repairs to fix again Resolution Sought Would like the original repairers to honor the warranty but since they have gone out of business, I would like the cost of repairs covered as technically this is still under their warranty.
