I have purchased parts from Detroit AXLE for my 2016 Hyundai Elantra SE on 01/21/26. My order consist of a suspension kit, 2 Rear Hub ASSY's, 2 Sway Bar Link's and 2 front wheel Bearing #3060401. While installing the two front wheel bearings, The spindle stopped half way in the bearing. In removing the spindle, from the bearing, caused the bearing to break apart exposing the ball bearings. I have investigated that the new bearings were not the right size internal diameter by comparing the old original bearing VRS the new bearing which caused the spindle to compress tightly in the new bearing. The second front Hub ASSY also not able to insert the spindle fully. I did not attempt to remove the spindle. At this point, requesting to if needed to return the two bearing as they are back with a refund and pay for shipping. No replacements needed. Now I'm leery of the other orders I made fro Detroit Axle. Resolution Sought I would like them to refund the suspension kit AS they are and pay for shipping and no restock fee. The bearings are installed, will need to be removed. It will be in pieces.

I had ordered a car part for my vehicle on the 1st of this month, I had tracked my package it never moved from the same spot it was at, so I gave them a call on the 6th so they told me my part was not available and they said they would cancel my order and my money should be refunded back to my card in 4 days, well 4 days passed nothing no refund I called again they said I will have to wait 24-48 hours I did that time passed still no refund I called again they told me wait one more day and it will be on your card so that day is today I've called them plenty of times and this time they told me they are having technical issues I no longer believe them they told me to wait another 2 days and I think they will not refund me money back. My order number is 1553822. Resolution Sought I would like my refund as I need to purchase the part I need somewhere else, and for them to not have that available on there website they will keep doing this to other customers
