Change the policy please sick people like to enjoy fun things to!

I was denied a cup of water and I have diabetes. This is a skating rink first there are no capacity signs or a sign that tells you that they will not give water outside before you pay. What if it was the last of my money, they should give water in a place that is sports related. No one should be denied courtesy cups of water. I have been a loyal customer for 20 years.
