BCA's Summary and Analysis:

Some clients claim the company fails to pay creditors as agreed, and fails to provide proof of payment when requested. Other customers allege the company's initial and monthly service fees are excessive. One customer complains although he never signed a contract or agreed to services, the company claims he owes $75 for their phone consultation, and are pursuing the debt through collections. In another case, a complainant reports he contracted with the company to pay a single debt to a credit card company in the amount of $972. The complainant was required to pay a processing fee of $250 to Deuda Facil, and instructed to make monthly payments to a thrid party called Debt-Free America. The complainant made all required payments towards clearing his debt, but was advised by his creditor that no payments had been forwarded. All complainants request refunds.

The company responds to complaints by refusing most refund requests, explaining that clients agree to the initial fees and are advised they are non-refundable. Other complaints were addressed by pointing out that the clients did not cancel within the three day cancellation period. In one case, the company agreed to provide a payment history for a client for a charge of $25. They explain the $25 charge is necessary due to the fact the complainant was no longer their client.
