Tried getting ahold of the office to see why our parking lot wasn't salted or plowed which is stated in our lease they provide them services. No answer and kept going to after hours emergency then getting disconnected. Took pictures. My Wife had to shovel the parking lot to make way so she can get to work. Was out their for 3 in a half hours shoveling in a foot of snow. Resolution Sought I would like a rent deduction due to the fact we had to shovel the lot. And find a new landscaping crew other than Huff.

On Sunday (1/16) and Monday 1/17), a winter storm hit our area and dumped 15 inches of snow. First of all, this type of storm is not typical for our area. Normally we wouldn't even get 15 inches of snow in one winter season so to get it all at once created chaos and havoc everywhere. Employees were having issues getting to work hence our office at Perry Hills was closed and the phones were being answered by the emergency service. Our snow plow company was doing the best they could to clean the parking lots so residents could get their cars out. We are not nor is our plow company responsible for cleaning off or in between individuals cars. We are sorry for the resident's inconvenience however we do not offer rent deductions. This was an act of nature and DeVille and their contractors did the best possible job at getting the situation handled.

I did not ask to clear between our cars. I know that. We had to shovel the entire LOT! Just to get out, to go to work. Been a resident 3 years. Never had this issue. Previous years they would be salting, plowing, and shoveling in the very early hours if we got alot of snow. But the company was nowhere. And did nothing until a day or two later.

The snow plow company was on property at Perry Hills twice on the 17th plus they were there on the 18th and 19th to continue to the cleanup. It was unfortunate however we did the best job possible to get the parking lots cleaned up.
