i booked a hotel for 2 nights was given the wrong information about a wedding we were going to they told me there was no availability at the hotel were we were supposed to stay i called the next day because my friend called me and siad there was availablity this was may 27 the wedding is july 30 i called in plenty of time to cancel the owner of the hotel was so rude Resolution Sought get me my money back or at least half i should not have to pay for a hotel that im not using and was giving the wrong info from the start
