On 26 July, 2021 we had placed an order for new windows at our home in The Villages, FL with Sam Emachah, Sales Consultant and gave him $2000.00 as a down payment. Since that time Sam has continued to delay our windows and making excuses for non-delivery. Finally, in December - when I called him AGAIN, he set the date of 19 January, 2022 for our window installation. It is now that date and we had to call him to find out why his installers are NO-SHOWS. Sam said that he did not have the windows yet (no phone calls or emails to us stating that fact) but that he had a new delivery date of early February. This has been going on for almost 6 months and NOW I do not believe him any more. I told him I am cancelling my order and expect a refund AND that I was notifying the BBB of this constant delay in delivery of my order. He said that if the windows are not here in early February for installation he would arrive at our home with the $2000.00 check. We have heard this from him and his PROMISES so many times that now I do not believe him and want to terminate any association with him and his Company. I told him I want the $2000.00 now and that I will go to another Company to get my windows. His response - I could not get these windows cheaper than what he is charging me. My answer - $2000.00 for NOTHING is too expensive. Please help - how do I get my money back from Dexaco Masonry???? Resolution Sought I want to terminate the contract with Dexaco Masonry and receive reimbursement of my $2000.00 as quickly as possible in order to place my windows order with a more reliable company in the Florida area.
