They are always disrespectful.

This company doesn't treat their customers with dignity or with respect. They are always disrespectful when talking to patients on the phone and consistently sends defective items. If you want to continue with them good luck. This business sucks. Better customer service training, also do quality control on your products and prevent defective items being shipped to customers.
