I was scammed by the dealership I had a 2016 Corvette and was called you later after $30,000 down $500 a month for one year. I was told that they had a deal for me and asked me to come in when I got there after being there for 12 hours I walked away with a 2020 electric vehicle priced at $25,000. I received nothing for the Corvette. I asked for the Corvette less than 24 hours and they told me it was too late. It's been six months since I was scammed. Resolution Sought Take back the electric core and reimburse me for the $45,000 I put into the Corvette

I'm responding to the complaint you sent our company on behalf of a Mr. Hall. I have already dealt with the Iowa Attorney General in this instance (whom determined we did no wrong doing and there was no further investigation warranted into either transaction) and have spoken to Mr. Hall myself personally. Mr. Hall prospected us to buy an electric car and now has buyers remorse. There was no wrongdoing done and he is delusional in his accusations. This complaint filed against our company is made in bad faith by Mr. Derek Hall and by the Business Consumer Alliance. Please cease all further correspondence in regards to this matter or we will file a cease and desist against you and file for harassment.
