At time of Consult was informed would have 18 wheeler and 10 packers to move, They showed up packing without customer knowledge, saying the contractor let them in. Furniture and jewelry was stolen broken and damage charged 5680 dollars did not finish and put stuff in a public storage under their company name and billed insurance company to get paid and consumer could not get access to own property and threaten to auction off consumer entire house unless they were paid, they were a moving company not a storage company no rights of the property they took was theirs once they was paid to move to the storage that should have been it. Resolution Sought Pay for what was done including fraud and insurance fraud stolen and damaged property.
