On July 13,2022 I ordered a kid's GPS Tracker Smart Watch from Dgitrends for the amount of $49.95, and paid an extra $5.00 fee for "priority 5-12 day shipping, for the total of $54.95. My order number on the confirmation they sent me after ordering is DG19698. I have attempted to contact Dgitrends on several occasions looking for a shipment update via phone calls, emails, and chats. Receive only automated messages when calling by phone, no response via the chat option, and one single automated form letter email response they respond to my inquiry in 48 to 72 hours. After reading others reviews stating their great dissatisfaction with this company's performance, I regret ever trusting this company to do what they claim to do! Resolution Sought Give me a refund on my purchase. Stop scamming the paying public!
