I purchased a 2012 subaru forester from Durham auto sales it had major transmission problems. So the owner of the business Steven put us in a 2013 volkswagen tiguan. I drove it for 7 days it blew up so he put us in a 2003 jeep liberty for the 2000.00 We paid down I drive it 7 miles and it over heated and took it to shop it has blown head gaskets. Steven has refused to give us our title to an already broken vehicle it has been 32 days and about 46 days this has been going on i jut want what is owed to me for 2000.00 dollars. Resolution Sought Give me the title to 2003 jeep liberty or my money back

The customer has been irate and has cursed out our employees. The title has been delayed due to the auction, which is normal. The title is being processed by DMV right now. The paperwork can only be submitted electronically, and the DMV has most likely received it as of today. We appreciate your patience as Covid 19 has been a part of delay.

I have went threw 3 vehicles with this company its now been 37 days with no title I have videos of him threatening me with Calling the police and never have they. have been the one who are hostile I also have textessges between he and I. I would be happy to send. In they laugh in my face when I go to the office and act like they atnt conduction a local business they have been telling me the same thing but the tag office have said the vehicle is in previous owners name I juat want this to end.

Their plate was issued about 4 days ago. Which means the tags are on the way and title is being processed. You should receive your title within the next week. Please be advised, this issue is out of our hands, and currently with the DMV.
