My husband is legally blind and needs his Dexcom monitor to get his blood sugars. He ran out on January 11th and the company has failed to send his supplies out. First it was insurance then, provider information now its because of a release that was already given to them by my husband. He cannot take his blood sugars because he cannot see and they have been ignoring text messages and calls so I can provide a card number for any copay. Resolution Sought I need them to send his supplies out in a timely manner and make sure he is not in this position again.
