I have emails back in September 2022 that the dealership canceled my service agreement but they lied to me and never canceled. I also have emails on April 25, 2023 that they canceled it for me again but they have failed to reimburse me and it's been almost 4 months. I feel that the dealership will never reimburse and make me pay all the interest on something that I never should have. I have called many times and left voice-mails with not 1 call back. Resolution Sought I would like to be reimbursed immediately and interest refunded because we have a signed contract that the dealership refuses to follow.

Upon receiving an email from Mr. Christine's father the business office immediately looked into the delay-this was on 8/8/23 and on 8/10/23 the refund check was issued for $2895.00 on check #18498 and sent via UPS Tracking #1ZE436W10197268204. Diablo Subaru sincerely apologizes for the delay in this transaction and that this was neglected by our team. We have used this situation as a learning experience and tool to be proactive in customer service and review of incoming cancellation paperwork and follow through to completion.
