I recently bought a car from Diamond Auto the car came up with a leak so I took it back to Diamond the man they assigned to help or repair this problem Mitch Haddad told me it would take only a couple of hours to repair it. Is three weeks later car is not repaired, after I paid him for repairs I told him I have Doctor's appointments he tells me my car is ready so I go get the car I get it home it's still leaking I return the car. I msked him for a loaner he promised to call back two nights in a row he Mitch Haddad never returned my calls, after I paid for repairs. I have witnesses to back up my complaints, I have my receipt if money paid for repairs. Resolution Sought My desired outcome is to have the car repaired correctly loaner car, while my car is being repaired correctly if Diamond Auto can't do then they should find someone who can or even trade me out of the car
