Customer Complaint

They came out on 11/10 after I placed a service call to repair my ice maker. They came out and just diagnosed which wasted my day. They were scheduled to come back on 11/22 and did not show or call. I took two days off from work and now ice maker still not fixed. I called them and stated I would not pay service charge. They charged my account on 12/14...almost a month later. Resolution Sought To reverse the service charge on my bank account.
