I received an estimate to install a garage door, the company required me to pay half down $600 and I paid $600 by check on 1-7-2022. We are blessed n July and I still don't have a door and it has not been installed. Tyler Carpenter is the owner and he is refusing to install the door because I put a post on Facebook regarding not having an installed door after 6 months. He said I could pick up my door but he will NOT tell me where the door is! He wants to charge me a 40 restocking fee and I refuse to pay that. I asked Tyler to please install my door and let's get this done and he refused to install the door and I'm out of $600. I'm a veteran and I really don't appreciate this at all. Resolution Sought I want a full refund of my Money $600.
