I brought my 2018 Hyundai because of experiencing a repeat problem that my horn and outside sensor stopped functioning again, previous problem due to rodent damage was resolved the same day now they require you to leave vehicle for 2 days for diagnostics for same meaning a rental on my behalf would be needed. They claimed they're no longer a 24hr service. It's all about the money they can obtain now, not the customers need for expeditious no nonsense service. Resolution Sought Allow service requested without scheduling appointments when onsite. An inconvenience for sure when you need service now, not later. I scheduled an appointment because I had NO alternative. Afterwards will find a better means to resolve my Hyundai problem.
