Diamondback Collision complaints

I had a car accident 12/20/22. Ramon the owner of Diamonback Collision came to pick me up from the scene and drove me home. He had my car towed to his location. I called my insurance to give them his information and have an adjuster come out. Once Ramon got paid my car sat there disassembled and every time I called him he rarely answered so I went by the shop, he kept making excuses that he had to get the pairs but he already got paid over $10,000 from my insurance company. Also while my white car was in his care, I noticed black specks of a tar-like substance on the left side. He had my car until April and still kept telling me he needed parts. I told him that I didn't want my car to keep sitting in his shop getting damaged by this substance and grew suspicious of him. His own employees said he was lying to me and has done this to others in the past. He has lawsuits against him that he lost and hasn't paid the customers back yet. After I took my car I told him once he gets the parts to call me and I'll have someone else put them on. Today is September 29, 2023 and I still do not have the parts. I went to my car dealership to get a quote to fix it on my own. I will be out about $1700. This man is known around town as a con-artist and should have his business shut down. I am so upset. I haven't been able to use my car fully since 12/20/22. Thank God I have a second vehicle. Resolution Sought Pay me for the work I had to pay on my own since he never finished the work.
