Sept 6 2022, went to car lot dice auto sales looking for a dependable vehicle, had 3000.00 cash to put down on one. Was fraudulently talked into a 2014 traverse, that had been in a prior accident and was not informed of this along with the extensive damages the vehicle still had. I have now buyers remorse, on this vehicle purchase, vehicle could not have even passed an inspection. I had purchased a lemon, it qualifies as one under the Michigan laws. Even though may not apply to used cars. This company has bad intentions to consumers, they will sell you a car that is not up to mechanical standards, good condition. Don't even want to try and resolve any issues after informing the dealership (Jeff ) owner he threated to have the car reposed and said we now owned the car it was not his problem. We went 45 days without our car it was out of service, and in the possession of the auto dealership, with intentions of fixing all of the necessary mechanical issues needing done. Nothing was done to the car for 45 days we were told to come pick up the vehicle it was drivable. We did after being assured by the third party auto repair shop and the owner of dice auto (Jeff) that the vehicle was drivable and in good repair condition. We drove home and on the way there, the cars transmission line blew up and the car became disable once again, here its been 60 days and no use of our purchased car. The warranty will not cover any of the transmission and mechanical issues Resolution Sought We had attempted to ask for a full refund of deposit of 3000.00 along with cancelling out the contract. The dealership salesman, had fraudulent intentions of selling this lemon vehicle with major repair issues that we the consumer(buyer) was going to be stuck with, knowing and not caring of our wellbeing putting us in an unsafe vehicle. We are seniors with medical issues including breast cancer, needed a dependable vehicle, such two tounged talk just to sell a car. What integrity is this.
