I had this plumbing company come out and install a brand new dishwasher that I had purchased from Home Depot. It took the technician 1.5 hours to install which I expected. I then got a bill for almost $700. I called the company 3 times and they said a manager would call me back. After a few weeks they called and said they needed me to pay or else it was going to collections. I asked for an itemized bill or a break down of why the bill was so high. A guy called mike said he couldn't give me that and that was the price. I told him $300 was a fair price and that is what our insurance company had allocated for the job . Resolution Sought I would like the business to charge me a fair price which Is $300.
