New Easton "little League" bat failed within 60 days of purchase. Dick's has stated they will not accept return as all sales are final. Unable to find that statement on maybe receipt and Company did not make me aware of this policy. Contact with Company has yielded no resolution they want nothing to do with the defective, failed product they sold me. This product broke completely I have sending have the bat into the infield. This is also a safety hazard. We may get the bat back by end of the little league season (if lucky). Resolution Sought Refund bat price ($159.00) and cost to ship product back to Easton ($28.00) . Let Dicks work with their supplier to recover cost.
